The Road to the 2026 EBL and EWBL Finals

With the conclusion of the 2025 season, preparations for the next season are in high gear in what promises to be one of the most exciting and inclusive seasons yet at Elevate Ballers League.

Ongoing registration has indicated that many of the staple teams that keep fans on the edge of their seats will be returning, and management has made major adjustments to provide an even better environment for the teams and the fans.

The season aims to register 24 Male teams, divided into two conferences: The Clutch Conference and The Grind Conference, and 12 women's teams in a single conference with round-robin matchups.

League officiating pools have been expanded, and officials have been kitted out to give the league a more professional look and identity. The League website has been revamped to collect player stats, improving exposure and making scouting easier for players.

Team statisticians no longer have to keep stats. Instead, they can use the play-by-play feature in the live match report to view stats from the table as the match progresses, adding a much-needed layer of transparency and accountability for teams and management.

And the best part is, the Prize Pot just got BIGGER!! Teams will be battling it out for a grand Prize of Ksh50,000 for each gender. As always, it is winner takes it ALL!
